工作职责：

岗位职责：
1.跟进项目进度；
2.善于利用各种分析方法，定量&定性评估项目及团队的表现；
3.运用数据分析工具，对部门人员进行资源分布，并对部门项目集的预算进行分析，定期汇报预算执行情况；
4.跨部门合作，发现部门项目管理过程中可优化的地方并给出相关解决方案。


1.主要工作是基于story为开发人员（TL & 开发& 测试）输出需求、系统原型及交互逻辑；
2.识别和其他系统以及模块的依赖关系；
3.根据项目要求制定Sprint plan；
4.配合开发人员制定IT Solution，拆分task；
5.负责解答开发Coding过程中需求疑问；
6.负责同业务澄清确认业务需求；
7.配合测试完成测试用例，以及验收。

1. 协助项目经理推动项目管理规范化和流程化，定期追踪项目进度，费用使用及过程变更，资源调度并控制项目预算；
2. 负责项目推广工作，收集相关内容输出月报及宣传材料，有内容运营经验的优先；
3.推动项目经理流程中资料归档，做好项目部门的质量管理流程完善；
4.协助项目经理完成项目管理中的一些其他事务性工作和完成上级主管安排的其他相关工作。

1. 充分了解2B业务客户分层意义及人群特点，充分了解各媒介触点能力和特点； 
2. 根据推广团队行业、产品、内容营销目标制定自动化营销策略； 
3. 制定提升各触点打开率方法； 
4. 负责自动化营销配置； 
5. 收集TO B自动化营销方法论，并持续学习最新的营销理念和设计。

Project budget and portfolio management
1.Work closely with the product manager, help create tools to perform financial and project processes, as well as analyzing projects' costs, risks, planning, and accuracy.
2.Manage IT projects from beginning to completion, making sure time and budget targets are met.
3.Develop plans and schedules for carrying out the project and identify resource needs.
4.Set up review mechanism with key biz leaders to identify saving opportunity and mitigate potential risks or delays.
To achieve company’s goal of driving operation cost efficiency to achieve optimal resources allocation
5.Develop operation cost view based on application perspective, provide the visibility of IT operation cost spending
6.Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
7.Co-work with finance team on operation expense & resource management
Build sufficient internal management framework and BMS to ensure all KPI achieved with timely visibility
8.Support Domain leader to implement Quarterly Biz Review, track all the necessary deliveries and milestones to optimize biz continuous improvement actions
9.Lead the team in delivery of monthly management reports, preparing monthly forecast, pipeline analysis, KPI reports,
Issue and action management
10.Ensure that all issues have actions which are properly owned,
11.Follow-up with action and issue owners to ensure timely closure
12.Report issue and action status and progress"

2. 有hadoop.spark.flink等至少一种大数据平台的使用经验；

1.More than 5 years’ experiences of project management and test management, familiar with Waterfall and Agile project management methodology and practices.
2.Proven ability to lead a virtual team located in multiple countries, experience in an international working environment is a plus.
3.Experience in project management and test management including test preparation management (test scenarios/steps management, test environments management, test data management, tester management, etc. and test execution management (test progress tracking, defect tracking and test management reporting., being a good leader to motivate team members.
